Acceptable Use Policy

You must not use the Service to generate, upload, store, share, or distribute any of the following:

1.1 Sexually Explicit and NSFW Content

• Sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, pornographic, or adult (NSFW) content of any kind.
• Content that sexualizes, objectifies, or exploits real or depicted individuals in a sexual manner.

1.2 Content Involving Minors

• Any content that depicts, sexualizes, endangers, exploits, or otherwise harms minors.
• Imagery that places minors in inappropriate, adult, or exploitative contexts.

1.3 Illegal or Harmful Content

• Content that is illegal under any applicable law or regulation.
• Content that incites, promotes, or facilitates violence, hatred, discrimination, or harassment against any person or group.
• Content that promotes or facilitates the sale of illegal goods, controlled substances, weapons, or counterfeit products.

1.4 Intellectual Property Violations

• Content that infringes any copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property right of any third party.
• Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of protected materials, brand assets, logos, or creative works.

1.5 Unauthorized Use of Real People's Likeness

• Using the image, name, voice, or likeness of a real, identifiable person without their explicit consent.
• Deepfakes, synthetic media, or AI-generated depictions of real individuals in deceptive, defamatory, non-consensual, or harmful contexts.
• Content designed to impersonate any person in a misleading or fraudulent manner.

1.6 Bypassing Safety Mechanisms

• Attempting to bypass, disable, manipulate, or circumvent any content filters, safety systems, rate limits, or protective measures built into the Service.
• Using adversarial inputs, prompt injection, or any other technique to extract prohibited outputs or circumvent the intent of these policies.
• Misrepresenting the nature of your product or inputs to manipulate the Service into generating content that would otherwise be prohibited.

ListingSet is designed for lawful commercial use by e-commerce sellers and businesses. Permitted uses include:

• Uploading product images that you own or are licensed to use.
• Generating professional product listing images for your own products.
• Creating listing titles and descriptions for your own commercial listings.
• Using generated outputs on e-commerce platforms in accordance with those platforms' rules.

You are solely responsible for all content you upload, generate, or distribute through the Service and for ensuring that your use complies with applicable laws, platform rules, and the rights of third parties. The fact that an output was generated by AI does not reduce or transfer your legal responsibility for how you use it.

You must review all generated content — including images, titles, descriptions, product dimensions, and other details — before publishing or using it commercially. ListingSet does not guarantee the factual accuracy of AI-generated outputs.

If you believe that content on the Service violates this AUP or infringes your rights, please submit a report using our dedicated form at listingset.io/report or contact us at support@listingset.io.

Violation of this AUP may result in content removal, feature restrictions, account suspension or termination, and any other measures described in Section 13 of our Terms of Service. ListingSet reserves the right to take these actions with or without prior notice.

This AUP is incorporated into and forms part of the Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between this AUP and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service govern.
